New ID

Okayyyy~!
This picture...
I wasn't going to post it but was going to make it my ID...
But I decided I liked it so I shall! X3
Oh, and this is how this picture came to be! >: D XD
1. I wanted to draw Silver.
2. Couldn't draw digital human so I drew a chibi doodle of him.
3. Thought it was cute so I colored and shaded it.
4. Added a small background. ((The grey stuff below him.))
5. Decided it looked like he was waving and stuff so was going to write 'hi' but decided to write 'welcome'.
6. Added the Speech bubble.
7. BackGround was added.
8. Signature was added, and then the Signature Bubble was added too.
And then I decided I actually liked it and am now posting it... >3<''
Oh and it will be my ID I guess, because that's what I made it for... XD
Oh and guys! If you want me to make you one of these chibi "Welcome" pictures, I will be adding them to my commissions for 15 ! Feel free to leave a comment here or on my page, any number of characters will be included also! They will look similar to this picture. Any kind of creature can be used; Human, Animal, Pokemon, Etc.
