~People need nostrils. XD

~The earline should go all the way down.

~The collar of her shirt should loop around her neck. 

~The lines on the shirt make it more obvious she's a girl. It's kinda awkward to put emphasis on the area but it helps. 

~Try to add folds to her clothes to make them more realistic. :3

~Also try to show the sleeves loop back around, same way with the collar. 

~I'm not very good with fingers but I sketched for you. The fingers follow an arc in size, also the thumb has a lot of space between the rest of the fingers. :3

~Feet need to be bigger and I would add a little bit of design to the shoe.

~It's just preference but I think it looks nicer to have the legs closer- but it's opinion so go with what you want on that one. XD

~Shirt should come away from the pants a bit, if tucked in it needs to have fold marks. 

Human proportions are pretty hard to get used to but I hope this helps. :3 Overall I think it's about a B+. ^.^
